Even had a great attitude while dealing with my father. And in constant contact with him as well. If he coukdnt sit and talk with me, he had a trusted coworker show me the vechile I am buying. He even made sure I was being taken care of, had water or coffee. And very understanding guy!

With all the overpriced used offerings in our area we kept having very poor experiences with sellers mis-representing their vehicles. We asked Holly for a full size SUV with a reasonable budget. Within 1 week she took a chance on a vehcile that was slightly outside our request. And nearly half our budget. My wife loved the SUV right away. The Kilometers and Price were well within what we were looking for. Holly is a very professional, low pressure sales woman and made the transaction painless. She did in one week what we were struggling to do for half a year. Hyundai seemed to have a reasonable selection of used vehicles and the experience in the actual dealership was low pressure and comfortable. I was able to contact the dealership from their website after hours, and Jon contacted me before the next business day to set up the appointment. He was able to answer all of my questions, respect my time crunch (I literally bought car on my lunch break!), and he didn’t talk down to me because I was a woman. He answered my questions honestly and if he didn’t know an answer he didn’t pretend he did. It was a pleasant experience and Jon pushed and got me the best price on the 4runner I purchased. I went to other dealerships in town with 4Runners and after negotiations I ran searches to see if pricing was fair. Another dealership was above fair market value by $3000 for the make and model I was looking at. The quote from Hyundai was $2000 under market value. Not to say that’s always possible but it was in this case. Jon Davies is the internet sales associate and he was great to work with. I usually sell my vehicles privately but the trade in value they offered was so good I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of selling privately. Dropped my keys, signed the papers and was in my new vehicle in about 45 mins including cleaning out my trade in. My husband has purchased 4 new Hyundai vehicle from Lethbridge Hyundai over the years. This was my first time and I am glad I stopped in.

He worked with me and my tight deadline for needing a new vehicle in a short period of time. Unfortunately it's always a bit of a risk as a young female entering a dealership as you can be taken advantage of financially, or be treated in a condescending way. I am grateful that I had Shane as the sales rep. I felt very comfortable and confident in my purchasing decision. I also appreciate the follow-up communication from Shane ensuring that I'm happy with my vehicle. Highly recommend.
