★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and demeaning service. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from one David Bullied. I went in for an estimate and had not only been almost verbally harassed by him, but also had received a quote WAY over what actually needed fixing on my car. Over a thousand dollars more than the next place on the quote. When asked for a paper copy of a quote, he acted as if it was the hardest task and took over an hour to email a piece of paper. It should also be noted that in previous interactions when a male was present, treatment from technicians was infinitely more respectful and appropriate, whereas in this interaction (as a woman, alone) I was talked down to and rudely spoken to the entire time. If management sees this, I hope that you speak to your employees about customer care and courtesy. Absolutely appalling treatment from the technicians.

How ever. On my last visit. Q 4 day job quickly became 2 weeks. And once I recieved my vehicle back, it had a flat tire a dead battery. Some trim items onle half installed and hanging off the vehicle and others not installed at all. A new chip was found in my paint. And they even clear coated it for some reason.. and my side view mirror is about to fall off.
Not to mention.
The entire reason my vehicle was in the shop for threw insurance was not at all addressed. But they found additional work to do and get covered and payed for. And still didn't even replace parts THEY pointed out to me that had been damaged....
I recommend this company for there coffee and conversation. Anything els is out of there abilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have been absolutely horible they have had my vehicle for over a month now and it still isn't ready, it was only supposed to be in the shop for three days, spent alot off time waiting for a part. A part they could have gotten in 24hrs if they took the time to call around and do the work but they did not, so I ended up waiting 3 to 4 weeks for a part.
I called them the day before I was supposed to get the vehicle back I was told to expect a call the following day and the vehicle would be ready, instead I got an e mail stating they would need another couple days . They have pushed the delivery date several times now, and I have lost all patients with this company .
