While you can’t change some of the factors above—sorry Echo owners—there are several ways that you can improve the value of your vehicle before you bring it down to the dealership. Knowing the value of the vehicle itself is important, but try not to put too much stock into “the blue/black book value” since those values can only take into account things like make and model, but can’t factor in things like the vehicle’s mileage or condition. Reid Hollander made my selection and decision stress-free, answered all my questions patiently and completely. I would highly recommend Reid and the rest of the Staff and service of Lethbridge Toyota. I know I trust them, you should too.
*UPDATE* Oops, I did it again! Reid, Logan, Tim & the entire Lethbridge Toyota crew are just so top notch. After just a "little" covid wait, I received my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, and I couldn't be happier. Not with the vehicle, or the people that made it happen. Thanks crew, you're the best!

Byron was a beyond helpful sales advisor, making every step very personable without being overbearing. He answered all my questions, which believe me, was a lot; in a very timely manner and as detailed as they needed to be.
Matt was a friendly face that made the financing portion of my sale easy to understand, as it was a lot to process in a short period of time.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have a 5 star experience when purchasing a vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Lethbridge Toyota has been phenomenal! The product advisor I worked with, Jeremy, was helpful while looking at used vehicles and openly disclosed all of the information about each vehicle. Ultimately we ended up driving away with a new Highlander. Jeremy has been so helpful in explaining each feature that I’ve had questions about even after leaving the dealership. I’ve felt completely supported through the whole process. Each member of the Toyota team was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns.
5 years ago I also had a positive experience at Lethbridge Toyota with another product advisor, Reid. Reid was also very open about all of the used vehicles pasts that we looked at. We did decided to buy from a different dealership at the time because there wasn’t a right fit for our family at Toyota at that time. Reid however was very influential in my vehicle purchasing and had me bring my car seat into the dealership to ensure it would fit, correctly installed in the vehicle that I purchased.
I cannot thank the team at Toyota enough for always being kind and knowledgeable. You truly feel like you’re part of a little community when you shop there. Thank you Lethbridge Toyota!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience! I reached out to the dealership in the Fall of 2020 and was connected with Logan. He did a fantastic job of finding me what I want. Unfortunately, I didn't move forward with the purchase at that time. However, in January 2022 I was in the market for a vehicle again. And once more, Lethbridge Toyota had exactly what I wanted. I reached out to Logan again and he got me sorted. Excellent communication, very responsive considering everything was handled virtually. Logan was able to put everything together quickly and made arrangements for the vehicle to be delivered to me 500kms away. The finance team was also fantastic to work with. Sincerely appreciate the entire team's professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend Lethbridge Toyota. They have a great selection of inventory (it's the only dealership in Alberta that had what I wanted), and awesome people to work with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We felt that we received a fair value for our trade after initiating the process online. The service we received from both Jeremy and Colby was outstanding. Both were very helpful, yet did not pressure us. They also worked with us in negotiating a win win deal. UPDATE: We took our vehicle in for our first service yesterday and our experience was nothing like our buying experience! We had booked an appointment more than two weeks ahead. We were told the needed service would require approximately 1/2 hour and if we booked a time it should be done quickly. This sounded good as we live about an hour from Lethbridge and travel isn’t cheap so we try to schedule our time to accomplish as much as possible. On arrival we were told the service could take about an hour. Not happy, but that could still work. Our vehicle didn’t even get moved to the service area for 50 minutes! We were just short of 2 hours for a 30 minute service call. Needless to say our day’s schedule was upended. In fairness we were offered a complimentary oil change, but declined because it is very unlikely we will drive an hour for that kind of service. We realize things can happen, on one occasion our past dealership (not a Toyota dealership) had an unforeseen delay, but they kept us in the loop and offered us a loaner vehicle to allow us to meet our schedule obligations without our even asking. Our original 5 star rating is lucky to maintain 2 stars!
