★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I live in Saskatoon and our Subaru isn't the greatest to deal with so we now phone the Subaru of Lethbridge. Today we talked with Grayson and he was amazing, we have been struggling to find someone who will help us find parts for his forester since its imported from Japan. He was so helpful and knew his stuff about these cars and we are just so happy that we found someone who was able to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sales and finance staff to deal with. Very upfront with pricing, and reasonable trade value offered. No attempt at adding costs through window etching, wheel locks, or other shennanigans like I have experienced elsewhere in the past. Reasonable explanations and offers, with no high pressure sales tactics, on additional protection items (very refreshing experience! Thanks Travis!!). Friendly and helpful staff at the parts dept. Haven't used service yet, but seemed like good peeps there too when I met them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a 2017 STi from Lethbridge Subaru - Johnny Vo.
I lived in Calgary, after a long bargain and huge disappointments from ALL Subaru in Calgary. I made a phone call to Lethbridge's Subie, quickly book an appointment and met Johnny. At first, I still doubt should I drive all the way to the south to just meet and see the STi....Once I arrived, the Sti had been washed and parked next to the door.
Johnny invited me to test drive the exactly same one I'm interested in, and I do note him I'm new to a manual transmission. He explained all the features in the car and drove to an open lot/ circle drive to let me test the car in a safe environment.
Afterward, we just make the deal. Do the trade in and down payment on the same day.
He is very nice to offer free delivery from Lethbridge all the way to Calgary!! So on the delivery day, I just wait at home (apparently he arrived earlier with a full tank of gas).
Explained all the papers come with the car; hand me the keys!! What a happy deal. He surprised me with a free paint pen :)
Since the car was brought to shop for 3M ( provided from the dealer) so I just waited for 4 businesses days.
The services no end there, he does reply me all the text message regarding all the questions on the car and some suggestions on what parts I should order and introduce me to Trend who worked at Parts department.
Talking about Trend, quick! that the only word. Fast reply email with all the price and fees.
He made order quick and reship to Calgary ONCE it arrived their shop,,
Guys (especially to Calgarian ), if those 2 local dealership didn't meet what you want/ or they broke their promised on deals. Go call Lethbridge dealership!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loving my new 2018 Crosstrek. The staff at the Lethbridge dealership was awesome. Very friendly service; they took the time to show me my new vehicle...although it probably will take me a bit to remember how all the bells and whistles work! I like the transparency of the financing process, as at other dealerships, it's often very secretive, which makes you feel like you are getting ripped off. I have walked out of other dealerships because of it. Thank you Subaru for being transparent and for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been shopping for a used Subaru Crosstrek and after other dealerships were not returning my phone calls or answering my questions, I was put in touch with Subaru Lethbridge. I was coming from out of town so they were willing to do almost everything over the phone to streamline the purchase process. Travis made everything incredibly quick and easy and he is very responsive. The only hiccup I had was righted very quickly thanks to Kirk and the other staff.
I love my Crosstrek and coming to this dealership was definitely worth the trip :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a squeel/grinding in the rear of vehicle while stopping in Edmonton. On a Saturday, one Edmonton dealer said they 'might' be able to check the problem in four days, another said two weeks. We were heading to Lethbridge, so called for an appointment which was set for Monday. Jennifer diagnosed the problem as soon as I drove into the appointment bay - a rock in the brakes. Problem fixed and on my way in 45 minutes. Excellent service and extremely friendly service. Saved my holiday which included driving on to Victoria. Highly recommend this business.
