★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here and bring my Mom to have our haircut. Very friendly and professional. We usually see Svetlana. She knows her craft, listens to clients and would take her time to do the hair cut. You would not feel rushed. All haircuts made by her are great. Tip: bring a picture of what haircut you would like. It would be best to call for an appointment and they will call back for 24 hour confirmation. The salon is clean, social distancing observed. I recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have the opportunity to use this salon. I walked in the door and two women were sitting in chairs behind the counter. I wanted to make an appointment and neither one got up to serve me saying they were too busy. Then handed me their business card and went back to their conversation.
Snobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience, entered not a warm welcome, after waiting 15 minutes she asked what we would like done I explained medium and long layers she had no idea how to do the cut and said she would need a picture. At that point we left, if you can’t do a basic cut with med and long layers why would I pay 65 dollars quoted. We left as she had no idea how to do the cut without a picture. Never would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Kaeli for 7+ years now and she is most definitely the best stylist I’ve ever had! It took me many tries to find a good stylist and once I found her I never looked back! She has done my hair for many occasions including my bachelorette party and engagement party. Most recently she brought me back from the dead after having my daughter. 12/10 recommendation! Thank you Kaeli for always looking out for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see Kaeli at this salon and she does an awesome job. I've had her do vibrant pink/purple colour before that lasted longer than any hair colour I've had. I also got a cute wolf cut that looks amazing and she styled it beautifully. She always knows what's best for my hair! Highly recommend. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my hair cut by Lina and she did an amazing job. Literally the best haircut I've ever gotten. She also styled it so well and told me how I could do it myself. For context, I'm a 25 yr old guy and got it cut to about 3-4 inches. I've been to a few higher end shops downtown but she did much better. I've got thinnish hair and layers usually don't work so well for me but she did em and it looks great. Definitely coming back.
