I never leave unsatisfied. I usually only get a fill every 4 weeks because that’s how good the lashes last. I have extremely difficult lashes to apply lash extensions to, but Katia was a God send. She is so incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. Always is kind, on time, polite and pampers all of her clients. Always gave me the best ever experience. She was so good to me that even after I had moved away and wanted to take my eyelash technician training I went back to her. She was so gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. She is a fantastic teacher and was so patient with me while I was learning. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Since then, she has offered me ongoing support with products and my business.
