R	Rahul Shial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the clinic for many years and very highly recommend the clinic, for its most wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional staff. I had a back injury 3 months ago, and a special shout out to Adam Hepburn for being there to help me recover thru my struggles. I was unable to stand or sit down, get in or get out of bed, and could not do the most mundane of tasks. But Adam patiently helped me with his hands-on physiotherapy, heat, exercises, and today, I am able to walk without any support, and also do some backyard tasks, tie my own shoelaces. Without Adam's help, I was literally a wreck, and the patience and care that Adam, and his team has shown, is absolutely awesome. Again - I highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

She was immobile for 2 weeks and relied on a large cane just to go to the bathroom; possible only with my help. She went for physio; under the care of Nellie Evangelista, and was able to slowly manage to walk by herself without a cane just after 2-3 weeks. The pain slowly disappeared after 2 sessions. Her condition progressively got better and ended her therapy before the 3rd month; planning to come back to Nellie if the pain comes back. She is still pain free and able to do her exercises without limits after 7 months. Hopefully it stay that way forever. Thanks to Nellie; who did wonders by pinpointing the area to work on every sessions that made my lifelong partner progressively got better. That is why I went to Nellie for my physio after my full left knee surgery. I find out that I am a slow healer, but with Nellie's guidance and skills; I am getting the same result as my wife. And I will see her again next year after my other knee's surgery. Thank you Nellie and will see you then.....

Special mention to my therapist, Nellie Evangelista, she's amazing! She's an excellent therapist, helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. She immediately diagnosed and explained the root cause of my pain problem. She told me what to do and things to avoid to prevent the pain and strain. She taught me some exercises to do at home to relieve the pain.. Now, I am okay, no more pain and I am back to my regular duties. Thanks so much Nellie and to all your team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Bridlewood. Also, thanks to Dennis and Priscilla, you guys are amazing!

I have been a competitive athlete for most of my life, and I have seen many physios over the years. Finding a good knowledgeable one that takes the time to properly diagnose your issues as a whole is invaluable. He cares and is willing to put the work in to get you sorted out. In 2 treatments he had me back running and I was worried I was going to be out of action for some time. Can't recommend him enough.
