β β β β β Iβm really disappointed I came in there a couple weeks ago to get my nails done I asked the lady to make them really sick because I was going on vacation the day before I was supposed to leave I broke two nails because they were super thin and then as soon as I got to Cuba four of my nails broke and I couldnβt find a nail placeβ¦ so disappointed I even paid extra for the thick nails AND face a tip

β β β β β I really like this place! They are gentle with your nails when they take shellac off which helps to keep your nails strong. Itβs roughly only 25.00, for take off and polish which helps with habit forming activities like this one. ????????

β β β β β Tan is one of the best nail technicians in Calgary. I've been coming here since 2018. They are very professional, kind and their Salon is clean. I recommend La Babie to everyone who comments on my nails... Cheers to them!!!!

β β β β β I generally really love it here, however this is the second time Iβve had a bad experience.
I called in advance to book an appointment for my birthday nails and had given details of what I would like done. My appointment was set for 10am however Kelly, didnβt come and approach me until 10:30am. I asked her for help to pick colour shades and she was very sassy and told me to look in the pile. I then began to ask if she could do something else since the colours were not Similar to the photo I had. She said no and her body language was making me feel like she was rushing me to decide.
I said down and asked her to do a simple black nail design instead, since she wasnβt able to do any of the ones I wanted. So, she started shaping my nails. When it came to the nail art she said she couldnβt do it even though I showed her the design prior to when we sat down. She was getting frustrated and her attitude was super uncalled for. She seemed like she didnβt even want to do my nails for the beginning. She was making weird comments and saying no to everything. It was making me feel very uncomfortable. She was even speaking rudely to the two ladies that were trying to help her. She finally got up from the chair and left.
Tan fortunately stepped in and made my last 15 mins welcoming. Tan took 10 dollars off my service which was a nice gesture. But, I can confidently say that I will not to getting me nails done by Kelly again because that was a horrible experience.
