M	Moon Katherine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this place. All therapists are very good. Especially Irene is an amazing therapist. She’s well experienced and has good knowledges of body. When I have pain, I always visit her and she takes care of it so well. I’m so sad they have to close for weeks but I can’t wait to go back when they reopen. Highly recommended.
Q	Qutesmilee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally really like Ms. Lee, but the last few times, she was already all booked and I had Ms. Kim. She lacks professionalism in communication with her clients. Also, one day I booked a couples massage with my husband because we wanted to treat ourselves. When we got there, Ms. Kim was asking if we can be in separate rooms because she feels more comfortable in a single room. I kindly said no because I booked a "couples" massage for a reason. She did not seem happy with my response. I mean, I am paying for this service and it should be geared towards what I am wanting and not what she feels more comfortable doing. I am hesitant to recommend this place because of some of the staff, but I do really like some of the other ones. But, I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Every time I visited a new clinic I was not very satisfied with their skills and finally have found Hyunju Kim at Massage Relaxus. She is specialized in deep tissue massage and I visit her on a regular basis. Even though I don't mention about my pain, she immediately notices where I have pain or which body part needs treatment. Now she becomes our family massage therapist and I would strongly recommend you guys this clinic if you are looking for a good therapist.

A couple months ago I had very bad back pain and she knew where to press and how to fix my back problems. I was very grateful to be massaged by her.

Not only did she manage my body with a perfect combination of force and amazing techniques, she also did a bit of stretching. I have a history of lower back pain due to some sciatic nerve impingement. I went there in pain and walked out like new. The only complain I have is that they don't have a service where they can move you from their masage table straight into your bed. Because having ro wake up to reality after such an amazing experience kinda sucks. Maybe you guys can look into teaming up with some sort of service like uber sleeps ( driver takes you from massage to your bed without waking you up).

I am a Deaf client and I require ASL interpretation to answer phone calls. This is a violation of the Accessible Canadian Act. He did not do anything to reconcile from the experience other than an apology that was not genuine.
C	Catalina Amaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good experience with the Massage Relaxus team. The place is located on the second floor of the building and you have to buzz yourself in at the intercom. Once you are in, keep following the hall way until the end, you won't miss it. They take multiple benefits companies and let you know what/if the services are covered before you go in. I have had all my deep tissue and lymphatic Massages with Zoe, she is amazing at what she does and always goes above and beyond to give me the best service. Her technique is amazing and has always benefit my knots and really tight muscles. I leave and my body feels like playdough the next day! She also uses hot stone and her feet depending on your needs! Thank you Zoe and Madagge Relaxus Team!
J	Joy Joy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No, it did not deliver its quality and commitment with Qin at all for the second time, I was super disappointed with her massage techniques, I thought I had a different therapist. 60 minutes massage was basically not fixing my muscle relief at all. Her second time was a lot more slacking than the first time, not sure why, it is not like she doesn't know me at all, she know what needs to be fixed. She also sucks at her customer services. No hi no greetings no communication at all, a bit rude, there is no friendliness, her head was always down on her cell phone (not during the massage), and she didn't even know my first name. I hope she improves
