At TrueSkin Clinic, we customize a skin care routine just for you based on your lifestyle and what your skin needs. First, we use a Visia Complexion Analysis System to take in-depth photos of your skin. The photos will measure different aspects of your skin such as sun damage, wrinkles, pores, brown spots, texture, UV damage, redness and presence of bacteria. This will give us an overall report of your current skin condition and will be the basis for selecting your treatments and skin care products. We will work with you on creating a simple plan that will generate results and help you reach your goals.

I booked an appointment with Isabelle after reading the reviews and she didn’t disappoint. I immediately trusted her expertise and followed her suggested protocol, and it wasn’t long before I started seeing a noticeable difference in my skin (to the point I no longer feel the need to put make up on). I’ve been a regular customer for the past 3 years, booking with Wendy-Jo and Nikki when Isabelle was not available, and their treatments were equally meticulous. I’m always greeted with a smile, very professional and friendly. Booking is easy and they provide timely text reminders before your appointment. Writing a review now as I had a “breakthrough” treatment a few weeks ago, as suggested by Isabelle, and my skin is looking the best it has been for a long, long time! Highly recommend.

I had skin problems all my life until I met her and now I look over my shoulder when people compliment me on my skin....they can't be talking about me? But they are, thanks to her hands on approach and recommendations of skin care plans unique to each client. I even no longer wear make up most days (aside from mascara) for the first time since trying to cover acne as a teen! I now have my two daughters seeing her (14 and 16) and they are both glowing. She has helped them and tweaked products for each of us as I age and they go through their teen years with confidence. Everyone working at the clinic always greets you regardless if you were scheduled with them. All the staff are super friendly. On my first visit, Isabelle performed a skin analysis for me and I learned so much about my skin. She thoroughly went through the ingredients for the face products that I used to determine if it was a good fit. She cut down my skin care routine by half. All the skin products she recommended have really worked for my skin. She also does not force you to buy any products and they are all just suggestions to help me reach my skin goal. I have been getting compliments from family and friends that my skin looks so much clearer. I highly recommend this skin clinic as they are professional, friendly and super hygienic.
C	Chanelle Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with acne for the last decade at least, and I have tried EVERYTHING with the help of several dermatologists - every acne med known to womankind, dietary changes, probiotics, etc. Sometimes a medication would help a bit for a short amount of time then stop. My first pregnancy my acne went away completely and it was wonderful, and this pregnancy, it got 10x worse! I was at a loss for what to do. I scheduled a deep pore cleansing facial with Isabelle to deep clean my skin, then a follow u0 for her to do a review of all the products I use and to create a regimen tailored to my skin. My first appointment with her was about a month ago and I am in disbelief when I type that my skin is now clear. Maybe the clearest it has been in 10 years. Isabelle is friendly, super knowledgeable, and thorough. No matter how much research you do on your own, apparently nothing replaced 30+ years of experience (Isabelle has this) and I have had much better results with her than any dermatologist that just rushes you through and prescribes another RX. Isabelle creates a holistic and thorough program for you and for those of us with complicated problematic skin, it is what we need! I am so thankful. Just book an apt with her, you wont regret it.

After a lifetime of skin problems it was such a wonderful experience being treated by Isabelle. The IPL treatments have cleared my red and inflamed skin and the skincare routine she personally put together for me is exactly what my skin needs. During summer heat & harsh Alberta winter weather it stays soft and glowing. I even get compliments on my skin! I can’t thank Isabelle and the wonderful staff at TrueSkin Clinic enough. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Isabelle is a lovely person to be around, genuinely kind and caring and we always have fun talks when I’m there for treatment.
