★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. Went in to do a tax adjustment and this year's tax. Call first, lady at desk said yep come in we can sort it. Sat down with the obnoxious 90yo with 2 teeth. He refused to look at me or do my tax or even look at the adjustment for last year's. Mumbled "can't help" picked his phone up started playing on it and ignored me. Lady from desk came in and litterally said "are you going to help this gentleman or sit there on your phone" he didn't even look at her or put his phone down, just said "No".
I never thought I'd be able to say someone is worse than H&R Block, but this place is a disgrace. Also, shaddy druggos in waiting room, guess that's why they have a security guard in the office at all times.
DO NOT GO HERE, WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER!!!!? He needs to retire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. I booked my appointment for 10:30 am. I waited 30 minutes for the guy to show up. He has to be at least 90 years old to say he moved at a snails pace would be an exaggeration. He talked so quietly and mumbled so much I could't understand a word he was saying. Initially he entered some of my information wrong. Then got mad at me when I corrected him. I didn't realize until later but he ended up not changing any of the mistakes he made so I have a incorrect tax return for my business. He incorrectly entered my expenses and added an extra $3000 or so into my yearly earnings. Not super happy about paying taxes on money that I didn't make. Going to H and R Block tomorrow to get a professional to redo my taxes properly.
Do not waste your time and money with this "business".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pretty fast to get a basic return done if all you have is T4s. I walked out of there with a tax return cheque that my bank cashed without question.
Pro-tips:
-Go first in the morning before the waiting room fills up with sketchy people.
- Going here to get your business taxes done is amateurish. You should know better and have a proper book-Keeper for your business.

Sadly when the day comes and the company closes i will use a commercial tax service. Uptight and non personable. Great work guys stay healthy joe
