★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to request a quotation for their tax services. They told me I had to come in. We are in the midst of a pandemic but I went in. They asked me about my amount of T4s and I told them. They gave me their price and it was too high for me. I asked why they couldn't have told me that over the phone and they just stared at me. Didn't even apologize as I left. Pure trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I could give negative stars I would. I was referred here by someone that does a lot of business with them....not sure why after the experience of getting my taxes done with them. Charging me $260 bucks to do straight forward taxes that have been done by H&R block for the past decade in 15-20 minutes. Claiming that they have way more work to do with it. Not only could the first girl Michelle, not answer any questions for me, she told me to speak to Sally. When I just spoke to Sally, she immediately raised her voice at me and started yelling at me and then HUNG UP ON ME as I'm asking her how it's possible so much work has to be done this time around. I immediately called back to ask for her, giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe the phone connection was lost and Michelle stumbles to answer why Sally can't answer the phone. I guess she "had a meeting"...obviously didn't want me questioning what's so different about my taxes this year than last (I was at the same job last year when it took HR block 15-20 minutes - charge me less - and get the same return) Even if you had meeting, Sally, proper customer service would be to say you have to call back and let me know why...not hang up. AVOID doing business with them...what an embarrassment to the owner of this company.
