★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Tax Clinic today to seek help with my confusing tax situation, having been out of the country since 2008. I called around to some other places and Riaz at Tax Clinic seemed like he really knew his stuff.
He took the time to meet with my wife and I today to discuss our situation. He let me know my options in a clear and easy to understand way. He let me know how much it would cost to use Tax Clinic without putting any pressure on me to go with Tax Clinic. He even let me know the alternatives out there and how to handle do everything myself, if I were so inclined.
My wife and I both appreciated the honesty, and the sound knowledge that Riaz has in the confusing area of taxes - especially pertaining to immigration.
We will definitely go here for all our taxing needs, and I am happy to recommend that you do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had been audited about 2011 and over paid to RSP Mutual funds, thought we'd filled out all the correct forms (based on what Revenue Canada told her to fill out), but were continually being audited and my wife was never getting any returns back. Took her return to the Tax Clinic and Dorin went through it and found that we hadn't filled out the correct forms and did this for us and we recently got a letter from Revenue Canada stating that she will be getting back almost $20000.00. I highly recommend taking tax accounting to the Tax Clinic.

- Dear Tax Clinic. Your response to my review makes my point very clearly. In one word, unprofessional; asking me to contact the CRA for a free tax clinic or use a non-designated accountant for my service needs. For clarity, I have no issue paying for a reputable, professional accounting service. I just expect a baseline minimum level of professionalism. You are however correct on your last point; you are not providing the services I am looking for; namely professional accounting & tax work.
