★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in earlier this year to get a new phone and met the most lovely salesperson, Sarah. Not only was she super friendly and easy to talk to, she helped me find the best phone for my needs.
Not once did she make me feel like I was forced into a plan/phone I didn't really want for her or Koodo's benefit. That is a feeling you don't get much as a consumer these days, so thank you Sarah and the rest of Koodo Cloverdale for the amazing sense of community I get when I'm in the area just to say hello!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a new phone and was helped by Sarah. She was helpful and very informative while being friendly and knowledgeable about the different options that would suit me. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. As a new customer I am glad I came here to do business and will be going back when it's needed to upgrade my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took my brother in laws phone to be serviced.. as he is blind in one eye and disabled..
The woman that serviced us was not at all helpful.. said the phone where the connections goes to charge the phone was broken.. and he needed a new phone.. SHE TOLD US TO GO TO WAL-MART OR BEST BUY TO BUY A NEW PHONE... DON'T YOU SELL PHONES..
We brought the phone home and tried to charge it ourselves .. we got it working for him..
We live far from his home... so the drive yesterday and today was very stressful as we also are seniors... I would not do business at this location ever...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I visited this kiosk last week. We threw a lot of different issues at the two female employees and they handled all of it easily! I'd brought 3 phones with me - one iPhone and 2 androids and they helped me navigate any/all choices, no problem. As well, I am challenged with recent vision loss in my right eye and they did all they could to help me with that, too. I usually dread these cell phone visits, but I can't tell you what a great time we had! They made it informative, helpful, and fun!! Who knew??!! I would go back to these Koodo employees again in a heartbeat, absolutely! Can't recommend Sarah and Eva highly enough! Thanks so much again and LOVING my new Samsung A21!! ~ "B12"
