★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my father to KMH, at it’s Stoney Creek, ON location for an ECHOCARDIOGRAM PERSANTINE last month. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was too rude. I want to avoid this location in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in for an appointment super quick after getting a referral. Almost no wait time once i arrived, very nice and friendly staff. extremely happy with my visit and the tests done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negative: The staff wouldn't take any special measures for me (I have an immune compromised family member in the household) and they are still handing out forms to fill out (there should be a digital option). Also, the appointment started about ten minutes late, which stressed me out, because I didn't want to be in the waiting room with other people any longer than I had to. That's why I took a star off. The technician who dealt with me and the doctor were fabulous. They were both so kind and understanding, and went out of their way to be compassionate (I also have anxiety disorders). This is how medical professionals should behave! If they had a completely hands-off process, I would have given 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an ultra sound done on my heart by a younger man. He was amazing. I have really bad anexity when it comes to my health. When I got there I was having a panic attack and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and calm. Sadly I don’t see a lot of people like him in the medical field these days. It was very refreshing having such an understanding, compassionate technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the doctors to be serious and very short with questions you may have, a concern when you going to specialist (and also a negative feeling while in a doctors office). Also not very friendly staff that applies a "welcome policy" engaging like, the doctor I've seen is very serious and makes me nervous (I think they should hire more female doctors) and I've found that I find I have to get him to believe me as he's in the past reworded my own words(not the way I described)
Positive; very organized and clean office.
