At least they took it back after I insisted multiple times, it could’ve been worse. The staff was not friendly at all, the lady that helped me seemed so agitated with her work. I don’t recommend this place for the staff and poor warehousing logistics.
J	Jairo Bustamante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers. They sell defective products and don't give any warranty at all. I bought a wheel hub assembly a month ago from them. Yesterday one of the wheel studs snapped which shouldn't happen because I always use a torque wrench for my tires, so I am sure it was a defective stud. When I went to ask for the warranty, they looked for any excuse and told me that studs are not covered under warranty? Really??? Any reputable parts store would just accepted the defective part and have it replaced with the manufacturer at no extra cost. They wouldn't even waste their time hustling with the customer. On top of that if they ever accept your claim, they will not refund you money. They will replace it with another defective, bad quality part and you will have the same problem again and again. They sell the cheapest auto parts in town because most of them are bad quality and they will find any excuse to keep your money. So do yourself a favor and buy a quality part somewhere else. Your safety and mental health are more valuable than a couple of bucks of savings.

The lack of professionalism at this location will put the business in trouble.(for sure im not the only person here that had a bad experience at this location) Febuary 28 2022 at around 11.42 am. Instead of helping and giving knowledge to those people who dont have much ideas about fluids that uses for car maintenance. Those 2 ladies of colors who assisted me chose to give me an attitude and make fun of me. As I was describing my car brand, year, model, engine type, and a DOT4 break fluid as what the mechanic told me to buy to lady no. 1. Lady no. 2 without mask, came and heard me and corrected me about the DOT4, which is fine to me because I thought shes helping me, and then they started to talk to their own language, glance at me, and laugh. As I understand at their conversation because of some english numbers and words its about the engine type that I said, and DOT break fluids .Im trying to interrupt their conversation and was trying to explain it to Lady No. 2, she jumaked facea and repeating what i said to Lady No. 1 and leave.I felt humiliated and about to walk out, but I stayed calm and still talked to Lady No.1 and asked about the parts.
B	Bron ZeGod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 to 100$ cheaper than other auto parts stores!! Crazy the difference, I'm not complaining but it makes u shake ur head on how much others mark up their prices.... Purchased 2007 dodge ram 1500 fuel pump 34gal for 250 in stead of 300 and 350 at others.... The only reason for 4 star instead 5 is because I showed up to buy it and they didn't have it, it was at their warehouse, no biggie but that's why!!
