★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed - My experience is basis what 'My' 3 years old could do here.
I paid $ 27.45 for 2 hrs time assuming there would be enough and more.
1. 'Very Limited' games/ slides for kids 3 to 4 years or below.
My suggestion :
a. Plan the layout better and add more options againt the $ Value
b. Let the Parent know what they will find for their child basis age
2. 'Top Up' with extra $ to access games and play almost and that too a major (more then 50% ) of the section is not a good idea when already charging - again not a value for money from a 3 to 4 year old
My suggestion:
a. Inform the parent at the time of signing it - very important and least expected
b. Add more games for 3 to 4 year old
3. More of Vedio Game and stuff - atleast I prefer more physically active / engaging options - Rock Climbing, Rope climbing, Trampoline etc
a. List the offerings at the sign up
b. Rethink how 3 to 4 year old can be engaged better
4. Traffic Control - should there be a upper limit to number of kids at a given time?
If there is Only Slide under hourly plan option and there are 15 kids of age from 3 to 14 - there are clearly chaos/ bumping/ hurt etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kid enjoyed a lot. Initially we weren't sure how to spend 2 hours of time but ended up staying for 4 hours. The vegetarian pizza is very fresh and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time here and the model is pretty decent. They have all different kinds of pay options for parents who have kids that can play independently without needing to worry about credits. The place is relatively clean with hand sanitizer stations.
The rep quoted the by law when she made my 3 year old daughter where a mask which is fair but wanted to charge 2.5$ for a cheap 10 cent mask. But didnt care to check my vaccine status? This obvious price gouging really turned me off from spending more money here. It's too bad we planned on paying for food and drink. Word of advice to the business owner. If you plan on enforcing by laws and making people pay 2.5 $ for a mask then the least you can do is check people's vaccine status considering you are so concerned with by law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spaciousand very clean, with has various equipments for different age groups. Food on site, friendly and nice team and I thank Brittany in particular for her great assistance and patience. She did great withmy questions and needs at my son's birthday and I recommend the place for birthday parties. I liked there much and I'll go to buy tickets for some day activity as well. safe and well kept amenities. Thank you

All of us from my church are very grateful for the partnership we had for the six months we were there. Thank you Kids Fun City!

There is a large area the is time based but is all unlimited play and for extra fun you can treat your kid to the other side that is a arcade by credits were you win tickets for prizes. This place is so much fun. Staff are amazing. We will definitely be back. Support this amazing small business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was my last minute call and I was not disappointed. One my biggest if not the biggest considerations in any place is customer service and I can assure you will love the people at customer service desk. The lady was so nice, made our check in and check out so easy. She did not rush even though we came out of the play area after closing time. The lady was great with kids and even offered small treats. The place is extremely clean and there is something for all ages, even i had fun :). The only reason I gave 4/5 is because some areas were closed off to the public. I believe this was due to the pandemic. And the other reason is we were charged membership activation fees but we were not told that it would be part of the day package. So if you don't plan on going back there and you paid $2.75 on top of $11 per child for your kids that would be a little surprise at door. As long as they tell you ahead of time it's all good.
