After reading the consignment process on their website, I called to schedule an appointment to bring my items. The lady on the phone was friendly but clearly busy. She offered me the next available day a week out but didn't have the time slots available. I offered to email instead to finalize the appointment time as she was clearly overwhelmed and rushing to get off the phone. I sent an email with a few small items and a request for the appointment times available for the date she provided me. I received a response declining to consign my larger items which I attached as photos, but ignoring my request to schedule the appointment to bring in my smaller items, as I had tried to arrange with the lady on the phone I responded again asking to book an appointment and never received a response. I understand being busy, but as a prospective consignor, I feel disappointed with the complete lack of customer service.

A great place to see some beautiful vintage and antique things from China and silver to assorted home furnishings, furniture, lamps, chandeliers and rugs. Everything is clean and organized and ready to go. I bought some China a few years back and recently some vintage silverplate to add to my set. Lots to see. Many unique pieces will make treasured gifts.
