★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience about the service was very good, the host and team were very supportive, always helping and considerate. The trampolines were very fun and the group had a really good time. We only had a bad experience, unfortunately, a few items were stolen from our locker. We placed our valuable items inside the lockers with keys, but the jackets do not fit inside these lockers so they had to be placed on the hangers located on the entrance of the location. Because they are very close to the door someone stole a jacket from it (a very expensive jacket). Given the risk, I will advice my friends to only go on Summer and not to take winter jackets to this location as there is no safe storage for it. My suggestion, is to have a coat check service or to have the coats in a protected area where it would be difficult for thiefs to take these items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy location. It is clean and maintained. I found the staff very young and just not enough of them. The ones I saw there were just doing the basics and watching the organized play but not enforcing any rules other than length of time. They should be aware of the kids and any rough play, to make it an enjoyable time for all not just the older or bigger kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was exceptional in every single aspect, from greeting at the door to signing in, as well as those supervising and facilitating the games. It’s very obvious that they take pride in their job to ensure the best customer experience. Was very safe and controlled with new covid restrictions in place. Great day time activity and will happily be a repeat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a tough one. I love the idea in theory. It's a super cool venue. I really appreciate the amount of young adults working on site. Providing jobs for these teens is a huge benefit to them and their community.
However, I've never seen such a disorganized deathtrap in my entire life. The staff seemed more interested in hanging out with each other than watching the kids. They were obviously over capacity and the kids were definitely running the place.
If you've ever read "Lord of the Flies" then you have a pretty good idea of what Skyzone on a Sunday afternoon looks like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man oh man, that was fun! I brought my rambunctious 3-year old here today and after two hours of solid jumping he is currently napping in the back on our way home. Also…I think I had more fun than he did, frankly. I felt like a kid again jumping along with him. An absolute gem of a place. Great staff, helpful, friendly, and attentive (except maybe the one kid working the cube pool. He looked a little high.) I will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed ? & Jump a lot with Friends!! Coz it was the First time !!
Staff not cooperative ?!! Felt not attentive !! Needed improvement - funny ? examples- section was closed - we frequently requested to open it !! like three times so we all adults can go away from small kids who were crawling in between !! Still no response!! After 10min we end up opening it & we had fun !! Still waste of our time !!
But at end must repeat one actually Jump a lot ✌️?

The party rooms are spacious. The staff are very helpful. They take care of the space very well.
Would recommend for kids birthday parties.
