Just came back to pickup our new Carnival. Jordan, Nicole, and Mariana were very easy to talk to and so helpful. Such a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and welcoming to my family of 4! Just an amazing experience!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My parents bought a second- hand car. The price for the car was $8.500. When purchasing the car we were told there was ONE issue with the car and that was the brakes. Since my dad is a mechanic he said he could fix that ONE problem. When it was time to pay, we gave the sales man the money and ONLY after receiving the money he gives us the paper that mentions ALL the problems the car potentially has. We were shocked by how misleading this company was. We went back the next day to discuss this, because we were NEVER told that there could be these many issues with the car, if we had known ,we would HAVE never purchased it. We went inside and we got the most disrespectful and rude customer service I have ever had. Eileen was the lady who talked to us. She was the rudest employee and kept telling us to shut up. We were trying to explain the situation and she would keep saying for us to be quiet. She also used the excuse of my father being a mechanic and that the car having those issues could be fixed by him, and I told her that what if it was a buyer who had zero to none experience with cars? This excuse should NOT even be said to a customer. She told me once again to shut up and she walked away. We went outside and we spoke with someone named mike, he is not even a salesperson but he was the kindest employee in that building. Even without the full knowledge regarding sales he helped us understand what was really on that paper and we finally understood what should have been said BEFORE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED. The manager came later and wasn't very helpful. The ONLY helpful person in that building was Mike. As for Eileen, if she is not replaced by someone who is willing to help customers in a respectful and proper manner, more clients will be very frustrated and angry because her rude attitude is the WORST. She does not care about a clients concerns. I will spread the word regarding the horrible and misleading service I received. Shop Elsewhere.

I walked in after seeing a car online and Adam was great at the point of contact and throughout the sale. He passed the wife and I off to Nicole for financing and she was right in line with the whole vibe we got from the time we walked in. No pressure and very helpful from beginning to end of the transaction. It was like reuniting with old friends. Totally recommend Kia of Hamilton to anyone who has had a sketchy dealer experience in their past and is just looking for good cars and great people to deal with. I’ll be back in the future.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY USED CARS AT THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY AND FULL OF SCAMMERS. First of all, when we message them about a used car they posted online, they said the car is available. Then, we went there to see the car, they said that there is a better car than the one they initially offered to us. We paid $9000 for a car that had 3 recent major accidents, doesn't have safety, doesn't come with original rims (only found out when we came home). The next day, the car didn't start even though they changed it with new a battery. We went back to the dealership to speak to them about the problems but the lady on the front desk acted very rude towards us. Didn't even give us a chance to explain our side. We ask them about the safety and she said they don't do the safety (very impossible) how come you sell cars and you don't even do the safety, what a liar. I bet they're very happy that they had sold this car which they were keeping on their garage for a long time. If ever you're gonna buy car at this place, please make sure you read the history of the car and ask for the paperwork before giving your money to them. Sadly to say, I got scammed and regret buying this car and felt I gave up my money for something that doesn't even worth the value. I'm hoping I don't fix a lot and spend more what I've paid for.

I had called Hamilton KIA and Jordan was so awesome! Very helpful, when other KIA dealerships would not even try! Nicole was awesome and they both treated me like I was family! So glad I decided to buy from them!! Amazing!! Would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the sales team at Kia of Hamilton. From start to finish Jordan (sales) and Nicole (F&I) were so friendly and helpful with everything. They are so easy to talk to and made everything very easy for me to understand. They were great with explaining to me what the steps were, and they accommodated everything I needed. When we decided to look for a new car we ended up at Kia. We went to a few dealerships afterward looking for vehicles but with the attention and honesty that Mohamud approached us with, we knew we would give our business to Hamilton Kia. This became a Christmas gift and I have never had more fun purchasing a vehicle. Nicole, the finance manager was lots of fun and took the time to go over financing and made the purchase make sense. Friendly and personable people to deal with start to finish. Today we received the vehicle and as it was a surprise for my wife, they helped deliver with smiling faces and a big red bow! Thank you so much Mohamud and Nicole! Will be back for our next purchase. Kia did make out of this deal with a fresh two-tone 04 Corolla….so if you’re looking…they have one. I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jordan at Kia! It was quick, easy and smooth sailing. In a day, he and Nicole got me into a 2022 Kia Sportage Ex Premium S with a low rate. It is everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Jordan was great, informative and answered all my questions. Nicole’s help with the warranties and financing was amazing.
