1.) Carrie constantly talked negatively about Timeless Laser and the people she worked with at the hospital and her other clients (so unprofessional/classy). 2.) Carrie first admitted that she didn't prepare botox correctly and I got my first ineffective treatment in 10 years of using it with other practitioners; she made me pay for another injection full price. She did not apologize and retracted that it had been her ratio mistake and said the other dissatisfied customer was an "alcoholic"... this didn't change mine did not work so irrelevant. Again not taking responsibility. 3.) Carrie messed up my eye injections; she talked up one method and said how much better it was and then started doing it left a huge mark and bleeding and casually said they sent her the wrong size needles had been sent (of course not her fault again) and had to use the second method. She said the bruising would be gone within 4 days...3 weeks later the marks from the injections are still strong and people comment now I look tired all the time. 4.) When I inquired about my bruising or eye marks remaining 3 weeks later she no apology about not having given me the heads-up that this could happen and then she even tries to argue with me sending the picture from the day she did it telling me I came in with those marks but the picture was after she did the injections. I would know if I had ever had to cover up giant dark circular lines before. I look worse than before I spent $600. I had to get the injections done twice because she did not fill my eyes to look even. 5.) I tried about 10 sessions of hair removal with no results at all even though she trash talked the other practitioners in town -she is actually the ineffective one...my recommendation is to go to Timeless!

Carrie is amazing! She is a Registered Nurse and is extremely knowledgeable, kind ,professional and put you at ease the moment you walk into her clinic. I will not trust anyone else Carrie is the best, dont hesitate to book in with carrie you will be in great hands

Excellent experience. Carrie is very professional & knowledgable. The treatment is provided in a private, relaxed studio atmosphere. Except for a tiny "pinch" here or there the treatments are painless & there is no downtime post-treatment. I will definitely be returning & would recommend Carrie to my family & friends

I went to see Carrie for rosacea, which for anyone who gets it, feels like a fire on the face. Carrie listened carefully to my concerns over lasers (I have sensitive skin) and did not push me into higher levels. Her first treatment has made a noticeable improvement. She did not try to sell me a bunch of products when I told her I don't use stuff on my skin - what a pleasant relief - and was calm, easy to understand, and professional. I highly recommend her, and will go back for more. My face feels better from only one rosacea pass.

Also a former client of Carrie’s, I heard about my friend’s recent experience with Carrie, I felt I needed to speak up as well. I wouldn’t normally do that but I feel people need to know what they’re investing in at this establishment. In my experience, Carrie does gossip often and does not apologize for mistakes. I see how that is upsetting for many people. I would recommend investing your money in a place with more integrity and a better skill set/training.

Carrie is super knowledgable, orderly, structured, no dumb questions could be asked, she is totally there for you. I felt super welcomed and comfortable with Carrie right upon meeting her for the first time. Costs are reasonable and I just know so many people who swear by her, have had amazing results and had recommended me. So thrilled I booked!

Wonderful experience and I was nervous not exactly sure how the whole process would go for my first platelet plasma injection in my knee. Carrie was very thorough in explaining how the procedure would go and what to expect during and after, she even followed up with me later the same evening to check and see how I was doing. The first injection went so well that I canceled my orthopaedic appointment in the city because I could “walk” without pain!! Amazing really, I could barely get down the stairs before the injection and was prepared to get my knee replaced. I’ve gone back for another injection and my knee continues to improve. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend Carrie for this procedure. While I was there for my first platelet injection I enquired about pigmentation reduction and booked an appointment . Carrie was very good at explaining this procedure and did an excellent job with the laser treatment making sure my skin as cold before activating the laser. I’m pretty impressed with the results and just went for one more treatment I’m excited to see the final results in a few weeks. I’d gladly recommend Carrie for this procedure as well.
