★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC is what it is and this location is no different. One of our famous chicken sandwiches had zero pickles. If I hadn't ordered two sandwiches I would have been in a pickle without a pickle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meal was fine but what really upset me is that they didn't put napkins in the bag. They also always use to put a wet cloth package but there was none in there. Quite frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a way to give them a negative # of stars. They ignore the front line while just chatting in a different language in the back. It takes 10 years to get the food and when you do get it, it’s cold. Terrible service. I worked in customer service for YEARS and it amazes me these people have jobs still. Tonight was the last straw when the people after me (like 7-10 minutes after me) ordered strips, 6 strips actually. The same as me. in fact, their order was exactly the same as mine, except they got an extra fries. And mine STILL came out OVER 10 MINUTES LATER. AND this is all after we tried to place the order online at 7:04pm. But you can’t order online after 7pm because they close at 8pm. Like, it blows my mind that they are still open with these awful business practices. We are officially boycotting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place less than 1 star I wouldn’t hesitate. This filthy circus couldn’t convince the most forgiving people that they’re there for the customers. I’ve had food there give or take half a dozen times and all but once they didn’t screw something up. If it’s not the drinks, it’s the order, or the sauces, or forgetting something. I’ve had the displeasure of receiving their delivery service mouth me off as they’re dropping off the food at my place of business. This last experience of mine cemented my guarantee of never seeing my business again. Between the workers refusing to provide food, they can cook, 20-30 minutes before they close and yelling at each other over whatever; going back to the kitchen to work with food without proper hand washing procedures was just the cherry topper. Word of mouth is huge in St. Paul, and you have failed to realize this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the counter has no personality. Fries and gravy were hot chicken was luke warm and very small pieces. No napkins no fork. And when asking for a napkin, fork and some hot sauce it seemed like you were bothering him.
Tried again today. It was worse, Mr Personality was working they had no napkins whatsoever .The water taps in the bathroom dont shut off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t let me upload a picture but we found this on Saturday night in our food, it’s a bunch of nasty looking hair stuck to our chicken strips and looked like it got deep fried along with it but didn’t notice it right away because it was the last piece and wanted to report it on here because idk wat good it will do bringing it in but I still have my receipt and can prove it came from There P.S never going there again!
