★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always late in opening to serve, opening staff always late to prep the store, last time when we try to dine in, food are served below expectations, staffs spoke their asian language most of the time then laughed together, while customers are in line at the till not being greeted & acknowledged for the wait time. Looking forward to improve the bad habits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love the great taste and service that you’ve come to associate with A&W then you’re probably best to check something else in St.Paul. Over the years I’ve noticed that this location has really gone downhill. The food is being served cold and the employees don’t give a flying F anymore how they serve you. Last time the bag was practically thrown into my vehicle and it wasn’t even folded up to help keep the warmth in. Fries were bone cold and the burgers looked like they were sitting in the warmer for a very long time. Like I said, the service isn’t what it used to be.
