★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame this business has become, what started as a good place to get haircuts, has now become a place where no one values or prides themselves in their work. I walked in with instructions of how I'd like for my son's haircuts to be and walked out with the most expensive buzzcut. The man did not listen to any instructions or even try to resemble a similar idea. When asked to have a light trim on my husband he also walked out with a similar buzzcut. If this is the only service you are able to offer you should make that more clear for customers. Also to have the audacity to ask FULL PRICE for such an experience goes to show more of their poor customer service skills than I could ever begin to tell you.

It does not matter what you tell these guys you want, they will give you quite possibly the worst buzz cut or skin fade of all time. Just wait until you're in the city or do it yourself ?♂️ they never fail to ruin each and every basic haircut. Tell them you want a trim and they go ahead and just take it all off and ruin your hair for months ?
