★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After ordering a crispy chicken wrap from here. It was really cold and was not grilled. When I went back into the drive through again they started arguing with me instead of trying to fix the situation. Really careless staff. No sense of responsibility or customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good Tim's. I stop here several times a week and they have about a 60% success rate in getting my order correct. I suggest getting your cream and sugar on the side, then mix your coffee yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost always a bad experience here. Have been given the wrong items multiple times, staff is consistently slow. This morning I was the only customer in the building, I ordered a large regular coffee, a 4 cheese bagel toasted with butter and a honey dip donut. I was given a large tea of some kind, my donut was still raw on the inside and my bagel hardly had any butter and while it’s not the end of the world it is an inconvenience and needs to be solved
