Fantastic!!! I had the BBJ burger with Applewood smoked chips and it was delicious. The staff were super friendly and prompt, the chef was kind enough to make sure everything was to our liking. The local beer they serve is second only to the beer they brew, please try it. What a treat!!

Enjoyed the Portobello Bomber burger tonight paired with the breezy Canada Day frozen specialty drink. Service, atmosphere, live music and food were all amazing. Chef even brought out house made chips to the table that were delicious. Would highly recommend stopping in! Always a pleasure

We read some excellent google reviews about this place and tried to go here in September because of those reviews. From the highway, we saw a chalk sign near the door about growler fills, so we assumed they were open but when we parked and walked to the door there was a very small "sorry we are closed" sign. That was disappointing, but we figured we would just wait until we were here next and remained excited to try this place because of the great reviews. Our excitement was wildly misplaced. Things started fine! The two servers who greeted us and checked our vax passports were friendly and welcoming, but beyond that our experience was not good. We ordered flights (our server confirmed that nothing tin dogs brewed themselves was available) and they took nearly 15 minutes to arrive (we were at that point the only guests in the entire place). There was a lot of confusion about which flight belonged to which person and more than one was mislabeled. High point: the buffalo cauliflower was great! It could have had way more sauce, but the sauce that we did get was very nice. The pretzel tasted fresh (it could've had more salt) and the cheese sauce was good as well. The high points definitely ended there. Four people ordered two beef dips, one pulled pork, and one tin dogs burger. We each had a side caesar salad (because there were so many previous google reviews about the caesar salad). There is absolutely no way those positive reviews were about the same salad we had tonight. The dressing was grossly sweet, with absolutely no connection to any of the garlicky or salty notes that one would expect from caesar dressing. There were so many stale, soggy croutons that added nothing except a stunning ability to soak up the awful dressing. The burger? The bun was dry. The "mayo/mustard" was off putting. The beef patty was terrible. It was dry and chewy and it had no flavour at all but still found a way to leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth. The pulled pork? The bun was nice! The pork was under seasoned and under sauced and had a mushy quality that made us think it had spent some time in the freezer before taking a trip to the microwave. The coleslaw tasted like it had taken a swim in an even sweeter version of whatever was on the caesar salad. The beef dip? Hands down the worst beef dip any of us have ever had. The bun was nice though! The beef was flavourless and grey. The onions were mushy and flavourless (other than a bit sweet) and had an unsettling beige appearance. The au jus was likewise flavourless. We tried adding some of the tiny salt and pepper packets to bring it to life, but it could not be saved. Our plates were all basically still full when our server (who despite only having 2 tables the entire time we were there was often scattered or confused) came to pick up our dishes. She said "so this wasn't your favourite caesar salad?" We all confirmed that it certainly was not. She responded "well I don't eat it so I can't help you there!" So that was a nice end to a disappointing meal! We went to the Rum Rummer after to cleanse our palettes and got some insight from the locals. We heard about some recent changes in the tin dogs kitchen that might explain why our terrible experience was so different to the stunning reviews that brought us here. I cannot recommend this place. I wanted to love it, but not even the great cauliflower could bring me back to this sorry place.

Pretty cute place. Our server Melissa was awesome very knowledgeable and even though we sat for 4 hours she made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely make another visit when we drive through.

I was left disappointed. First the really slow service. It took nearly an hour to get our food. When it finally did arrive we had no cutlery or condiments and had to flag our waitress down and wait even longer. At the end she explained a new cook was in training. Well it's unfortunate that it was on a Friday night and I'm sure we weren't the only table disappointed by the lack of service all around.

We came here based on the fantastic reviews, but unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. All the entrees were flavorless, and under-seasoned. And despite the phenomenal reviews we read on the Caesar salad, it was oddly sweet, with massive soft croutons, and over all not enjoyable. They had no house brewed beers on tap, and what they had was just OK. We ended up mixing the guava and a peach sour beers, which made each better than either of them were alone. Despite all this, I will say that the starters we had were really great - the buffalos cauliflower bites were crispy with a delicious sauce and the pretzels were SO soft. Both the stout cheese sauce and mustard that came with it were really nice and I recommended both of these items if you end up going! All in all though, I think there are better places in Coleman worth stopping for. We ended up learning that the great chef they used to have has recently moved somewhere else , which leads me to believe that his presence at Tin Dogs coincided with the good reviews that had previously been posted.

Great food, fantastic staff and service! Super fun side and they also have a dog friendly patio!!! The beer flight was a good time & the house Caesar salad dressing was phenomenal!

Waited over an hour for food... clearly they were under staffed and while i felt bad for the waitress, it wasn't a good experience. My kids were served what appeared to be boxed Kraft Dinner, cold fries, and overcooked corn dogs. I got the brisket burger and was very disappointed. While the brisket itself was decent, the burger was extremely dry and tasted awful. My bf had the "special", the fish and chips, and again, disappointed. The tarter sauce tasted like ranch dip mixed with pickle juice. The waitress was kind enough to comp 2 of our drinks, but we were still charged 2 sides of gravy that we didn't receive. Honestly, not worth the money at all. If you're coming for beers, great, but avoid the food.
