K	Kasey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made friends with some of those who work at this drive through! They're always friendly and accommodating to my picky tastes. I've never gotten an order that was incorrect. So thankful this place is open 24/7 because sometimes you just need that 3 chicken nuggie :)

I mentioned this to the staff who took my order, and hope this doesn't go to deaf ears. But on the other hand, you have a staff member named Valerie with an amazing bubbly personality who made the drive thru experience very delightful!
K	Kayla Halfe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there the other day and ordered a junior chicken meal with two large coke and they got it correct, heard a lot of bad review about this place 8 months ago but decided to check it out for myself, I use to work for fast food and know it’s a struggle and sometimes overwhelming, a lot of young kids working which are very sweet and patient. Thanks to one of the managers for bringing up my spirit as I was having a bad day, I remember a few names Wyatt and Trenton they have great service and very helpful and it was nice seeing one of my old graduate students work there as well, and thank you to the young lady working in the back I’m sure she is new around 19 or 20 and making me and my son laugh. Definitely will check this McDonald’s out again and hopefully I will see some familiar faces.
C	Chris Tells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer satisfaction does not matter to this place. They wanted to park me over gravy that takes 30 seconds to heat up. I refused & the lady was very rude and did not give me my food. 0/10 also I find staff to be very rude here.

Went there today and sat at the drive through menu to order for almost 10 minutes before anyone even said anything or attempted to take my order. There was no one else in drive thru at all! Finally got my order, paid and picked up food and drove home. I live in different town and when I got home my husband went through the bag and there was no napkins, no sauce for our nuggets and no mcchicken sauce for our fries, which I specifically asked and paid for. Got halfway through my mcchicken (that was thrown haphazardly in the box) and it was completely RAW! Gross. We will never go back.
L	Loni Leslie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a late supper (custom burger) on my way through town. One of the young staff must have given my order to someone else waiting outside, instead of me. I waited long enough to know something was not right. I asked if there was a problem. The manager brought my meal, and the entire amount of money I paid, to me in my car!! I did not ask for a refund or any compensation, I certainly know that mistakes happen and young people are learning to do their jobs. I wasn't upset about the error, I wasn't in a hurry, or grumpy or demanding. Just really grateful for this manager and the way I was treated! Hopefully the staff member who made the mistake was corrected in the same way I was compensated......quickly, professionally and kindly!! Huge kudos to this manager! ???
