Lakeland communications refused to activate it unless I paid a $50 fee up front. When I reached out to Telus over the phone they said that it was unheard of and not a Telus policy. I've purchased several devices in store over the last few years and was planning on getting my daughter a phone there next month but if this is the kind of policy they are going to have I am never shopping here again.

T	Tammy LaBine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dayna is absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly. She is knowledgeable and helps you through any problem with ease. Would have gave 5 stars, but another employee named Chelsea (Chelsey?) is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. She has zero PR skills, is rude and condescending on the phone and not at all helpful. She even suggested I switch to another phone company. She argued with me on the phone to the point I hung up. Would never deal with her again. I'm a Manager myself, and if one of my employees acted like that with a customer they would be out of a job.
