★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it's one of the few electronic stores in St.Paul. so can't really ream on them.
With that being said. I am still waiting on a phone I had ordered weeks ago.. still nothing. I mean I was told a few days. Not weeks..
No choice but to wait. Like I said one of the few electronic stores around...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad place. One guy stood at the till kind of like a deer in the headlights. No help really, couldn't answer simple question... but trainee's must learn. It matters not, I was able to meet a lovely native young lady who was very professional and informative when questions were asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here has just been getting lazier and lazier. Tried to call the store about my laptop that was sent out for repairs and they couldn't even answer the phone. I called 5 times and all they did was hang up on me before I could get a word in. Had to call customer care just to get them to answer the phone. Absolutely horrible store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't care that 'mandatory masks' are illegal. Told me the Canadian Charter of Rights has been rewritten to accommodate the illegal mandate! Lol. There was nobody but me and my wife in the store....Mmmm. any ideas as to why? I had no choice but to give 1 star. Sounds like communism to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service EVER! I refuse to shop at this place again! They make everything difficult and when you try to return something they make it impossible and make you feel like a criminal. I’d rather pay double for an item then ever step foot in this store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location went above and beyond to help me. First during my product research, then with a defective product (not their fault at all) and then the purchase of a new item. I was even called at home making sure I wasn't having any issue with my new purchase. I can't heap enough praise on the three staff members I dealt with. I would highly recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While at work I noticed that the source on google shows open till 8pm. There’s a pair of Sony headphones I was going to purchase. Upon getting off work late, mind you it was 7pm when I arrived at the store. It was closed. Want to tell me about that? Even the sign in the window says open till 8pm which is turned off cause the store is closed. Absolutely rattled me. You’re lucky I want these headphones ASAP. I work till 4 tomorrow and you’re open till 6 apparently tomorrow. So unless you guys close shop early tomorrow. I will be grudgingly purchasing headphones tomorrow. Or else I would’ve ordered them online with Best Buy. Not pleased.
Edit:
I returned the next day and asked why they were closed early. I believe it was Michael at the store that tendered to me. He apologized for being closed and stated they are understaffed and half of them are quarantined. I explained that in two areas it is advertised open till 8pm. The employee was very apologetic several times. I appreciate the service and the timely checkout while buying the headphones. Which are great btw.
