Had a mixed experience. Some staff were super helpful while I got irritated vibes from other staff. Drove over an hour and bought over $2000 worth of items so was hoping for better attitude than I received. Some staff made my experience uncomfortable. I really would look at other CT stores now before using this location.

You should be ashamed of hiring a manager that has severe attitude problems and sass towards costumers! When asked to take a look at a firearm locked in the case I was told β€œyou can see it where it is”! I am completely disappointed in the service and will absolutely never return to give this store any service again. What a disgrace!!!

I love shopping local. Please rethink having only one cashier at the front during lunch hours as many of us are on a timeline. Multiple times there has been an older lady at the front cash and she talks and talks and talks. Today there were 5 of us in line while her and her customer had a great time catching up while we were all waiting. The lady behind me even commented that she dislikes when this particular lady is at cash because it's always a long wait while she chats and takes her time. She finally called another cashier who I ended up going to. When my cashier said she had to go grab my order the older cashier loudly asked her why she had to go get something. I turned around to say it was for me and very loudly she said "do what you gotta do I guess." My cashier was very flustered and yet another customer behind me commented how loud and rude she always is. Thankfully my cashier handled it gracefully and politely and definitely made my experience better with her positive and kind demeanor.

Usually have good experiences here but today was disappointed. Very poor customer service today. 2 staff were chatting when it was obvious we needed help (they did not offer, nor were friendly) and thanks CT for NOT informing us BEFORE we purchased the skates that we couldn't return/exchange them after we got them sharpened. Would have been better to inform us at time of purchase. Also want to say thank you to the young man who assisted us and was friendly.

Been a customer here for 11 years, never had a problem, very satisfied with how my last issue was resolved. After very disappointing service in Edmonton's Mill Woods and South Common stores I come to St. Paul store. The Manager patiently listened to my story and went out of her way to resolve my issue with the product that I didn't even buy in that store. According to the store policy my issue was not resolvable but the manager still used her powers and saved me a bunch of money. The is no perfect store anywhere but after living in the city I can compare now and with common respect, understanding and patience I keep receiving an excellent service from St. Paul Canadian Tire. Thank You.

Walked in with my mother's dead car battery to exchange it for a new one and got asked for a receipt which was clearly visible hanging outside my pocket when I was walking out. I get outside and she makes me stop to show her my paper while holding a car battery. What if I didn't exchange the battery and potentially get harassed for walking out with my own battery? Those things are heavy and I didn't see her stop anybody else on their way out? Seems like harassment to me. Poor cashiers doing poor work. I'll be going else where from now on.
