As a tenant in a building run by this group i love my landlord, but the building managers are at best abrasive, at worst useless. The water is shut off every month for service.... all day, and the garage door stops functioning every month and it falls on the people living here to find other parking accommodations, and finally In the light of some water issues we have been waiting for 65 days for repairers, and have now heard that they will START repairs and will be done within 150 days, if anyone who works there's house was torn up by someone else for 200+ days, they would be mad too. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS But I cant so you get 1 by Technicality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keystone Grey allows their Snow Removal Contractors to leave a huge pile of dirt at the parking stalls assigned for contractor (onsite workers) Parking for the entire winter season. The complex has a lot of areas approved for snow pile but the Snow Contractors are lazy and want to pile snow at the stalls and Keystone Grey won't do anything about it. So majority of the workers onsite and delivery trucks, pandemic delivery drivers are parking in the No Parking areas and driveways, often blocking access to and out of Residents stalls and leading to safety hazards in emergency situations. This goes on for the whole season until the grounds are cleared in Spring. I work in the hospitals and being unable to leave for work has negative implications on patient care. Keystone Grey is going along with whatever their Contractors want to do and not advocating for the benefit or right of the Residents to enjoy a safe and hazard-free living environment, not acting in a professional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Keystone Help Desk regarding issues with the power outlet in front of my parking stall. Within a few hours a tech arrived to fix the issue and ensure the power outlet was running efficiently. I really appreciate the prompt service especially during this Calgary cold snap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUCH A GREAT and easy going company to deal with. We've done quite a bit of work in keystone and they've always been a pleasure to work with.
When I call in, I think it's "Meg" who I spoke with (sorry if I got that wrong) and she was way more helpful than most people you talk to on the phone these days.
Our property manager is on top of things and even though I'm not personally on a condo board, I've had a great experience getting prompt responses and actions whenever we've had to call in.
