The only reason we no longer rent is because we moved out of province. It was nice to have a landlord that cared about their property and giving you a quality place to call home.

They are both very personable and their properties are well looked after, and renovations and decorative touches are gorgeous! They are very professional and ensure their clients are well taken care of and comfortable in their new homes. They put a lot of care into their business and are extremely resourceful and supportive. I would rent from The Capital YYC again in a heart beat!
