★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a happy customer for 2 years and was impressed by their quick service and competitive prices. However during the recent (2019) cold snap my equipment failed and I had to close my shop. Very stressed I called Foothills and spoke with Grant 3 times during the day. He said he couldn't get a tech out that day but one would show up first thing next day. We discussed the details of my issue and he promised it was something they could take care of. Next day arrives and no tech, no phone call, no nothing. After 3 weeks Foothills never called back or sent a tech out and I had to scramble to get my system working with another company. I am not sure what changed but Grant was able to erase 2 years worth of goodwill and customer service in less than one day. Very unprofessional and I will never be using Foothills again or recommending their services.
