About Spring's Servicing & Heating Ltd

Spring's Servicing & Heating has been family owned and operated since 1971 and was started by a husband and wife team, Stephen and Dorothy Spring who ran the company until 1998. Stephen and Dorothy sold the company in 1998 to Dominic and Divina Muto another husband and wife team.

Stephen showed Dominic the ropes on how he billed and performed services and introduced Dominic to the existing customers, while Dorothy trained Divina on phones and all the administration end of the company. We still have an annual dinner with the Spring's and keep them informed of the ongoing growth and success of the company that they started in 1971.

Stephen and Dorothy worked extremely hard to build a reputable well established company over the years and Dominic and Divina have continued to maintain that same high quality service.

J	Jason Zhou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall service is okay. The technician didn't call me before his arrival. He didn't wear mask when he repaired the furnace. He did wear mask when I paid for the bill. The first hour rate includes inspection and all labour for the repair, BUT THERE IS A CATCH. If they don't have thermostats you want and wait while you go get it, they will charge you EXTRA money on top of the first hour fee even though the whole job was done within half an hour. Their first hour rate was unclear and misleading in some ways. I would let the guy go and not had him waited for me.

Jon from Spring's was at our house within an hour and had the heat working half hour later. He had the parts available in his truck and was very knowledgable about our problem. He showed us the broken part, explained why it happened, provided a quote before starting the repair and gave us some good maintenance tips. Great first impression and excellent service. I will definately use their services again.

I have never had a cleaner furnace and air ducts. When their furnace cleaner was out to clean our two furnaces, he took the bottom right off of both furnaces and even found building materials hidden in the back that could have combusted! Our furnaces were so clean! They may cost a bit more than other furnace cleaners/repair people, but I am never going to call anyone else. So worth it!

We woke up Sunday morning to a very cool house and a dead furnace. Our neighbor recommended Spring's from their furnace cleaning service. It was a great recommendation. The answered our call quickly on Sunday. They verified it was OK charge overtime charges and sent a wonder repairman named David. He was extremely personable and honest. He told us that our furnace motor would need to be replaced and that it was still on warranty until March 2022. This motor costs over $1000.00. Other, less honest companies could have charged us for a new motor and claimed the warranty for themselves. We would never have been the wiser. Our furnace, happily, "sprung" back to life after David's repair. Spring's, you have made a new long term customer and cheerleader!

Extremely helpful, explained everything, thorough and professional work all the way along. We'll be sticking with them going forward for sure and would not hesitate to recommend!

I was told by all three companies that they had no interest in doing vent/duct repairs, only new installs... I was frustrated, but decided to do some more research, and then I found Spring's!! Dominic came out to inspect and give me a estimate for what the repairs, cleaning and service would cost. They happened to have a cancellation that same day, so they were able to do the repairs, cleaning and service later the same day! Eric did a very thorough job on the cleaning and the repairs, and even took the time to explain how the new vents opened and closed. My house was left clean, and I can already notice a difference with the vent being repaired and the cleaning done! Will be a Spring's customer for life based on the excellent service I received! Thank you Dominic and Eric!

I called Springs Heating to get a code, David the specialist came and found that the secondary heating exchanger had to be replaced;He made the furnace temporarily running until the new part arrived. 3 days later another technician, Jeff came, he too very skillful,took everything apart and installed the new part with a little adjustment .Now after 2 months the furnace is working perfectly! I highly recommend Springs Heating for their professional services, and reasonable price.Thanks to David and Jeff!

They were able to come out within two hours of the call, and take care of the issue, including having the part already in the truck. Would recommend and use in the future!
