Very expensive for a small fix. $89.99 just to show up at door and then $426+taxes to change a cartridge? I had to pay the $94 dollars for the visit but decided to change the cartridge myself. The cartridge itself was free (Moen has life time warranty) at Lowes and $14.99 SAE Allen key was all I paid to replace the cartridge myself. Super easy after I followed the youtube videos. Saved myself from possible rip off. Not recommended. The guy who visited was nice and he tried to justify the cost but it literally took me less than 15 mins to fix. There is no way any professional work to change a cartridge can cost $426 + taxes. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I contracted for a sewer camera inspection before proceeding with the basement bathroom rebuild. Peter and Montie arrived as planned; well equipped, experienced and ready to work. They didn't mind me hovering and pestering with questions; and were very clear about next steps after the inspection; going above and beyond for me. I am a customer for life! Thanks for the excellent service, all the way around. Don't hesitate to call these guys for your plumbing needs :)

They couldn’t tell me straight up whether someone was available the same day or not without taking down my information. That’s what the customer service rep said. Hilarious. And I am glad I came here and read the reviews. Saved from a scam. Btw, anyone who’s getting scammed by these people - file a complaint directly with Alberta Govt’s Consumer Affairs department directly.

With 1,500+ rescue dogs through our shelter every year, we've had ongoing challenges with the drainage from our dog kennels. Other companies have got the drains running, only to clog up again a few months later and no suggestion about how to improve. Jason H. was determined to get us a solution that didn't require a visit from a plumber and disruption to our operations every few months. It turned into a really big job, a couple of holes in the concrete and fixing the badly offset connection to the main city line, but we are so grateful for someone caring enough to figure out what is needed to make it right. Jason's dedication and commitment to our job was above and beyond and we would highly recommend the work of this organization!

Warning: They have fixed rate prices for jobs that are much higher than the industry average. They have a call out fee just to show up, and then they'll disclose the pricing. How can you justify spending over 400$ on a shower cartridge replacement when the part cost 60$ or less and it takes 10 minutes to install? The only thing you'll be flushing after they work on your house is your money.

I called them for a quote, and this is the only place out of 5 other places that couldnt quote me over the phone. They charge you 89 dollars to get someone over to your house to do a quote, so if they quote you a price for the job and it was way higher than the last quotes you got, you were already 89 dollars into it. I see it like a "scratch and win" you pay 5 dollars for a scratch and pray you get a good deal out of it... sneaky. BTW other quotes i got had a 45 dollar call out fee.. so that right there is double that. No thanks.

I'll save anyone with a normal sized budget the trouble for installations. They won't tell you the price over the phone because a simple dishwasher installation with you bringing all the cables/lines starts at $460. An oven with a gas line available, $460. Their price table also goes over $1.2k for the installations if they're complex. They will also charge a $95 dollars fee after taxes for having someone show you the price table even if you reject the services 5 mins after they come in. On the other hand, if you have an immense budget: The technician at our home was nice and they offer a good warranty. For our home, the installations would cost over 2k. Our appliances cost 6.

CONSUMER BEWARE! This company uses a very lucrative pricing scheme that causes customers to overpay for the service. I wish I had read the other poor reviews before agreeing to have them come to my house. A plumber came to my house to quote out a dishwasher install for me. Then they proceeded to show me the price for the work. What is a bit sneaky about this is since the prices for service work is all predetermined regardless of the size of the job they could be telling the customer this over the phone but they do not. (If they did you would hang up and call another plumber) Instead they charge you $80 to have a plumber come to your house and tell you the price. I bet a lot of people agree to the egregious amount as they already feel duped because they are on the hook for the initial fee already. When this happened to me I asked the plumber to wait outside in their truck so I could call the customer service agent. I explained what happened and provided them the feedback and they were thankful and agreed to not charge me the $80 fee. I also did not have them to do the work. If you call this company insist that they tell you the baseline price for the work you are asking to be completed. That is the minimum price for the job so you at least know the starting point. If they won't tell you, then that means they were not receptive to my feedback. And if they tell you they can't provide the price because they need to see the job they are lying. A dishwasher install baseline price if $426. It can't be any cheaper according to their pricing scheme. In the end I had a different plumber come and do the work and it was half the amount that the Gentlemen Plumber wanted to charge me.
