Ian and Kees promptly arrived and took care of the issue for me. They were both extremely personable and eager to help, and they found and cleared the blockage in a short amount of time. I appreciated their efficiency with getting this situation resolved. From the initial call-out over the phone, to the time that they walked out the door, the entire experience was professional and punctual. Great service at a very reasonable price. The plumber Ian showed up and was extremely polite and helpful, went above and beyond, and had our issue resolved quickly. The pricing is reasonable and upfront with no unnecessary add-ons or hidden costs. I would recommend SOS in a heartbeat.
