β β β β β We had our 44 year old original cracked windows that did not open, replaced on our south facing home. The 3 new (1 opening awning) windows basically look exactly the same but brand new, it is so nice after all these years to have some air flow in our living room! I highly recommend Sergey, Yanoslov, and Alex, they are fast & efficient and very friendly, (even once it started raining during install).
Tisha did a great job recommending the right windows, they look amazing, and they were installed a month before the estimated install date.
I look forward to working with them again when we replace the last remaining old windows and doors in the house.

β β β β β First project was 20 windows removed and new models installed - results were just terrific. Windows and install very high quality and entire job completed in 3 full days. The crew was very professional and obviously very experienced, clean-up was spotless. So I gave them second job to replace 2 doors - same outstanding results, completed in 1 day, spotless clean-up.
Great consistent work from VWP! Their back office coordinates really well with the crew to produce a great project. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and strongly recommend their services to anyone!

β β β β β I had windows replaced in my house couple years ago and just last month one window glass cracked without any force used. Called them to replace the glass but they told me I have to pay $315 for the sealed unit. I am very disappointed with quality and service of this company. Would not recommend.

It was confirmed by couple of window installation inspections that the crack was caused due to improper window installation that the window frame has been warped due to foam expansion. I can tell by how tight is the window to slide it open. Contacted Vinyl-Pro about this, to replace the window due to warranty and will update this review later.

My family used their services nearly 10 years ago to replace all of the windows in our home and recently we had an issue with a corner piece of molding that needed to be replaced. The service was exceptional. I felt like I was a valued customer and my problem was corrected in a way that left me feeling good about the product I purchased years ago. We also have an issue with the corner of one window and when questioned they didn't shy away from it they approached it head on and I feel like my family is important to Vinyl Window Pro as a return customer.
