★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christmas morning, our hot water tank leaked and caused water damage to portion of basement. Malcolm at Belfor was amazing and so helpful. He had a crew to our house that morning to start the process of pulling up carpets, and drying it all. Thank you Malcolm and thank you Belfor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They hired me to do emergency work and lied to me so that I would complete the work for them asap. Payment was agreed on upon completion of work, and now a week later they tell me it will be 30 days. Mike Worden straight up lied to me, telling me I would be paid when finished, and now I am out the cost to do their job and my profit 3 days before Christmas. I had many other jobs to do that could have paid me but they needed this done as it was emergency and promised I would be paid promptly so they were moved to the front of the schedule. Big mistake. Watch out for this dishonest company. If they lie to their contractors to get jobs down I can't imagine what they tell their clients....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in need Belfor showed up, we had a water damage at my residence and at the same time we were dealing with a death in the family, the entire process was very stressful on our family and Belfor professionalism, commitment, respectfulness allowed us to deal with our personal needs as they looked after the loss.
I appreciate the 5star work completed and extremely happy with every stage of my claims restoration work!!!
Thanks Belfor and thanks Malcolm MacDougall for your project management and great communication through the process which allowed me todeal with my concerns and not worry about my claim!!!
I would highly recommend them for any level of claims restoration needed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fully finished basement sewer backup. The crew showed up about an hour after my call with all equipment need to begin and went straight to work. They did not stop for the day until all the carpet was removed and floors sanitized. The crew were amazing and very professional. They worked everyday for 10 days to totally eliminate all bacteria associated with the sewage. We chose to continue with Belfor with the rebuild as they are preferred contractor for our insurance. Our PM Jim was on top of each stage and made sure we were informed of each step of the process. Regular meetings and check up of progress. The sub trades they use for flooring, plumbing, glass and drywall were also amazing. This was a very traumatic event for us but everyone involved in this rebuild was able to help us see the light at the end. It took 4 months and we had not one issue. I would never hesitate to recommend Belfor for anything
