★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building, I've sold a clients property in here and although we were facing a really challenging market, my client didn't everything needed to get the house ready for showings and our marketing was top notch, building is clean, great amenities and the location is close to unbeatable if you're a flames fan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Keynote is one of the better condos in the city. Construction specifications are very high. Light blocking windows will keep everything inside from fading. Great for night owls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't stay here with Airbnb, especially in the summer. When the AC doesn't work, the hosts won't do anything useful about it and will do everything they can to avoid compensating you for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to live! Monthly rent fees are very reasonable given that the building has a gym, hot tub, bar, supermarket, liquor store and games room. If you worked from home, you could run your entire life inside the complex. Security for the building is very tight; if you have guest come, make sure you know how to move people through the building without having to come down and bring them up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the condo and building itself is nice, the management/construction is lacking. There are water shut downs practically every month and the ac in our unit wasn’t installed properly when it was first built. The ac was always weak (unit could only be cooled to 24-26 degrees) and after asking them to inspect it (which they said they did), management told us nothing was wrong and that’s the way it is in condominiums due to large windows. After a year or so, we were finally fed up of the tenant complaining in the summer months and we opened up the thermostat only to find the ac wasn’t even hooked up so they quite possibly did not check when they said they did. We complained and finally got it fixed, now the unit cools down to whatever we adjust it to.
