★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and non knowledgable management employees are robots with no skills, equipment and wheel chairs are unsafe, they bleed the residents of pension funds for their care and stay,they are careless and doctors are not on site until the end of the week. Doctors and nurses need careful re accessment to their assigned positions for the benefit of seniors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend's mother 'survives' at this location. The care is non existant, neglect is limit life threatening. The staff seems incompetent. My friend has an extensive collection of pictures proving this neglect. If you love your family, do not send them there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our grandmother moved into Kensington in March 2018 and her health is the best that it has been in years. The staff are caring and friendly and always get her involved in the different activities.!

3 years at the other facility.
