N	Nova Jill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t bring your parents here. Staffs value their smoking time than taking care of residents. No bath for weeks, misses medicine schedule! and terrible bed bugs issue. Very poor management!

They will not hire an outside professional extermination team, and have been trying to do it in house and have never been able to get rid of them. They use pinsol which has a very strong odour and the amounts the use make it hard for the elderly people to be able to breathe especially when they quarantine them inside for 14 days. An elderly ladies rocking chair was infested with bed bugs and had gotten into a wound she had as she sits on her chair everyday. Would not recommend a loved one to live here. Very dangerous and unhealthy place to live.

We genuinely care for our residents, they are the reason we come to work, and everyday they put a smile on our faces. Corinne McGee

Is the place new and sparkly and shiny? No. But I slept well at night knowing my dad was getting the care he needed from the wonderful staff. And the food...awesome!!!

I was also employed by Queens, they have one or two committed employees, but lack of care for the residents begins at the top and filters all the way to the bottom. Private care is nothing but a money making venture with your loved ones paying the price. I would never willingly leave someone I loved in that environment.

As someone who works here I can truly say the staff really does care for the residents here I see every day my coworkers trying there absolute hardest to make sure the residents at queens village are taken care of in the highest of standards. I haven never seen anything but true compassion from the inside. We truly want what’s in the best internet of the residents who reside here. However I will say there are definitely problems especially during pandemic. We are dealing with a problem of being understaffed and I feel this is affecting the ability the workplace to have the best flow it could have I am almost positive it is like this at most healthcare environments but because of this it may be affecting the well being of the staff such as high burnout rate. This in turn could sadly affect the quality of life for the residents. I strongly suggest sticking to some sort of schedule system that allows for healthy work home life balance for the employees so they can continue to do there absolute best when on the job.
M	Michelle Taggart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to work here in 2019. Loved the staff and they truly care and try to do their best with such a horribly run facility. Broken elevators, lack of hot water, HORRIBLE BED BUG PROBLEM!! Management/owner were very shady and bend the rules a lot and tried to get PSWs to do things out of our scope of practice, lots of medication errors due to this. Care needs not being met and lots of neglect due to lack of staffing. Would NEVER put a loved one in here! Would not recommend!
