I saw two police cars on both side of the road and parents who had cars had to go the long way and no one was in the cars and like 5 cars in the road IN a no parking zone as well as the police cars (close to jp robarts)

badge #3 , amazing lady on the phone and helped my family in such an empathetic matter dealing with an abusive person. such an amazing human. thank you for being so great over the phone and being such a great help. i wish i could meet her and say thank you.

Never in my life have I seen a less caring Police service. Anytime I've called I get passed all over the place, and no one wants to help. Someone below left a review about the non-emergency guy, and I couldn't agree more. Guy did not care at all, even though I've had my life ruined for months on end. Absolutely zero empathy. No wonder Police has so little respect these days

London police will go above an beyond to not do there job. Every single cop on the force needs to replaced the whole system is broken

Tonight on Gammage St. I witnessed what I thought was a middle-aged man down on the ground, laying beside a bent up bike & I believed that he had just been hit whilst bicycling. As I passed several cruisers, I noticed a young man turned against a cruiser with his hands behind his back. I felt horrible, thinking the older guy - who didn't look to possess any money - might now have just lost his only means of getting around. So...putting $100.00 in my pocket, I attempted to walk from the nearby plaza to where the incident was occurring, with the intention of giving the older man $100.00 to replace his bike - & if he wasn't hurt I'd make sure that he got home. Instead, the scene seemed to have "cleared up" very quickly but I was able to flag a L.P. cruiser down to ask about the older man on the bike. He was THE RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEACE OFFICER (FOR SOMEONE WHO MUST DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC ALL OF THE TIME, WHEN THEY ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE). 1st he said he had no idea what I was talking about, THEN he accused me of being "Weirdly interested in a situation" (WHAT THE??) - when I was only trying to state my intentions? But he repeatedly cut me off then angrily said, "We are in the middle of a weapons investigation!" And I said I was sorry, but he continued to be extremely rude & then drove off. He must be a rookie - & his hot headedness will not serve him well in his career. This was around 18:00 hrs, I didn't see the car # but I do know that he has blonde hair.

Thankful to the men and woman that serve our community in London. Also thankful for the trust in taking care of your building, it is truly an honour.

These people refuse to help me submit a report for my stolen truck. I'm having trouble receiving calls due to spotty cell service and they refuse to give me an extension to connect to a human being. I leave a message to call me back and I just keep getting useless voice-mails saying they've called me back. Good job LPS, you're completely useless. This is why people deal with things themselves.

Thank you to the London Police department. I had to call the non emergency line to get them to do a wellness check on my 89 year old mother, her phone was broken. They were excellent with my mom and actually tried to fix her phone. I greatly appreciate all that you guys do!
