I had such a good experience with Sara, Sapphire, and Mary. They explained everything and helped me make informed decisions throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Unfortunately they had to transfer care to an obstetrician when my labour stalled, but they were with me the whole time and made sure baby and I were healthy through a long labour. I can't say enough good things about this team, especially Sara and her student Haley who were wonderful support during the labour.

They deserve 0 stars avoid at all costs if you want to avoid the biggest loss and HEARTACHE of your entire life. I’m still shocked at the lack of knowledge, professionalism and compassion we experienced with these monsters. I always warn people about midwives, especially Kensington. You might be better off at the hospital tbh. I’m so afraid for all mothers going here to experience what we did. I’m forever lost ??? ?

I used Kensington Midwives for the birth of my first child. My team (Kay, Jess and Karine) went above and beyond in their care and made me feel like family. I felt so well taken care of during my entire pregnancy and postpartum. They respond to pages very quickly, and always provided guidance and reassurance. I feel I was presented with all the information and support needed for me to make informed decisions regarding my pregnancy. They have excellent procedures in place for COVID so I always felt safe coming in for appointments and bringing my daughter in for check-ups. For the birth we had to transfer care due to me being scheduled for an induction, but my entire midwife team was still available for me. I had a hospital birth at St Joes, which is only allowing 1 visitor due to COVID which was very challenging, but I was so happy to have my midwife Jess there to help calm my nerves. The team does in-home visits postpartum which was incredible - I do not now how I could have left the house for a check up. The only negative was having to say goodbye at 6 weeks postpartum, I wish I could continue seeing my team forever!

I had a really wonderful experience with Kensington Midwives and my team: Kate, Carmi, Kyla and Mohammed. They did a great job of helping me stay relaxed and active throughout my pregnancy (during the pandemic!) and were a great support when my birth plan went off the rails. If they happen to be very busy (which they were during my birth), there is always a backup midwife to help you out (thanks Sara!). Having someone you know and trust in the room with you when you are giving birth makes the whole thing so much easier and relaxed. They will always listen to you and answer any questions you may have respectfully and completely - my appointments never felt hurried. The home visits after the birth were really awesome, and our daughter just loves Mohammed, who delivered her. Thank you KM!

I delivered my first baby with Kensington Midwives in March 2021 and I had a great experience with my team (Mohammed, Kyla, Kate, and Houley). They were caring, professional, and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend them to my friends!

We had such a great experience with Kensington Midwives. Our team was Sara, Spencer, Sylvia and Ams. I can't say enough good things about Spencer in particular. He was so thorough, informative and non-judgmental. Highly recommend!

I had a high risk pregnancy that caused severe prenatel anxiety, every day of my pregnancy once receiving that diagnosis felt like torture and I was treated as an overly emotional/dramatic/hormonal woman who was paranoid about my condition (which is ironic because midwifery appealed to me as a feminist and anti-oppressive institution.) I just recently got pregnant again and I am so turned off by having my first pregnancy with KW midwives that I'll take my chances with the traditional medical system and get referred to an OBGYN. The only silver lining was resources provided post partum. As a woman who is a therapist working with trauma in the helping field I was extremely disappointed.

We had our baby recently with this team and we have nothing but love. Care was amazing. So professional, supportive, and encouraging. Our team was Allanah and Mitra and wow are they amazing. Mohammed and Kaitlyn were their during delivery and they were great, too. The post partum care is so needed and appreciated. I can't recommend them enough.
