★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gets a bad rap from some companies but I was impressed that they still had veteran staff that I've seen work there for 15 + years. Which means I don't have to go over their paperwork to help them find inventory in their own shop. I also find that there material for gutters and soffit is of better quality. Down pipe is straighter and resist denting. End caps for gutter actually fit and shape matches the colonial gutter. Other companies the end caps are not consistent with strange marks and dents that are visable. J channel here is best in the game and won't dent in your fingers and is the proper width to accept soffit. Other J channels the width is wider than the soffit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap product, worthless warranty. Siding on the house and garage faded to a white and chalky appearance. Head office addressed the fade warranty claim by offering to have a third party paint the siding. It took almost a year of going back and forth between Rona and Kaycan to get to this point. After seeking advice from a commercial painting contractor, who has painted vinyl siding, we were advised to replace it. The reason being, that the siding was such a thin and cheap product, there was a good chance of it warping from the application of the paint. Definitely not acceptable, take my advice and avoid the frustration , don't buy anything Kaycan has to offer.
