★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete Utility Contractors recently completed a large sewer system upgrade in our neighborhood. While working along my street and directly in front of my home, they were excellent with coordinating access. They were always kind, polite and courteous, making sure to keep the worksite clean and clear of garbage and debris. The crews were respectful of working hours and did not give us any headaches. Very pleased with this type of professionalism. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconsiderate, rude and under trained. For the first few hours of there day 8 people stand around talking well machines run in the back ground. Extremely rude to neighbours and other people properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have left our driveway blocked on at least 1 weekend, if not 2. I believe they are a month+ past the planned project finish date.
But most concerning is over hearing 1, white, employee say to another "people can't read our construction signs anyway, not unless they're in Farsi".
As a white person I'd interpret that to be racist sentiment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconsiderate workers. They have been working on their project since October and are nowhere near finished. They frequently block driveways and act annoyed when asked to move. They leave their garbage on private property, frequently leave machinery at the end of day in awkward places obstructing view of oncoming traffic, and provide no notice to residents when doing overnight or weekend work. I have emailed multiple times over the last few months, no response. It is very difficult to reach anyone when phoning as well.
