★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree, horrible fitting and be mindful that they dont offer refund and exchange is only allowed once + they dont have a try room in most of the Cozy out lets like South Centre Mall, Chinook Mall. Total waste of money

Soft and warm but they don’t hold shape and they fall down. I’m a size 12-14. I bought the plus which is supposed to fit up to size 20. I actually thought I had them in backwards they felt so wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible fit. Says "one size fits most", but they're too short for me to even pull all the way up. I'm not even that tall, but the groin inseam to the waist is meant for someone very skinny and very short. Looks like it's big enough, but don't be fooled. And they can't be returned either, only exchanged. That does me no good, when they don't fit. There was no fitting room for me to try them on before I bought them, either.

I tried to exchange them for something else in the store they wouldn’t let me without the receipt, which we were not given on of our reciepts, the lady said she couldn’t do it. The tags and everything out on the pants and they were still in the store bag. Horrible fit and horrible customer service!!
