J	Jason N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite staff, and a large selection of clothes. The clothing is more affordable than many other places, but like other fast fashion places, the quality just isn't there. Some pieces do last longer times, but the overall clothing quality isn't the best. You might find something you like so, why not go in and see. The prices are great when a sale is on.

M	Manpreet Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on Saturday. Store was busy and it look well stocked. There was huge line up, aroung 70-80 customers were waiting in line to pay for their purchase. They have 5 counters but only three counters were open. Considering they have to sanitize the counter after every customer, they should open all registers. They were many associates on floor, but not enough cashiers. 1 hour wait to pay for your item was not worth it.

I had so much fun shopping here the only problem is the lineups to pay are really really really painfully slow it would be awesome if the girls could speed it up a little bit for some reason they have to scan everything ten times just to get your total?!

The two women helping me at the till were so kind and accommodating. They were able to return my items with my email receipt (which apparently isn’t always possible). I was so grateful because I live over a half our away and they saved me the trip! Thanks again! ☺️
S	Samantha wyatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously one of the worst retail experiences I've had. Nobody helped us, so another customer asked me for help. While helping her, she took the top I had chosen for myself and walked away with it. After then another 30 minutes of nobody asking us if we needed help even though we were 2 of only 4 customers in the store we finished up getting the rest of our items and went to check out where we asked to speak to a manager. We were then lied to by the male.cashoer who said he was the manager which we soon found out wasn't the case. I do not recommend shopping here im so disappointed with how far this company has fallen
B	Bhawanpreet Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a awful experience.. cashier girl wearing white top today (@1:10pm) was so unethical she was behaving so childish. She ask my sister for 20 cents so she can give her 20 dollars instead 19.80. While my sister doesn't have any change so she said I don't have any change and thn that girl acted so rude she throw my jeans (as packing) and On our faces she was telling her coworker(a guy next to her) she is frustrated now. I mean dude if you are that annoyed don't work.
C	Cami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheila the manager has an absolutely terrible attitude toward the customers. When in customer service it's unbelievable that someone as cold and impatient like herself has risen to her level. After exiting the change room she unloaded on me telling that she had worked 8 hours and the staff had already waited 8 minutes for me at that I had to pay and leave immediately. Oblivious to the time I was completely taken off guard. In future a kind compassionate attitude goes a long way. I would suggest more training for her. Outside of Sheila the staff was amazing which is the only reason I'm leaving 2☆
