★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot tub froze and we had a few cracks that needed to be fixed. I originally booked Krevco to come down to start repairs (which took about 1.5 months to get an appointment) and they no-showed for my appointment.
I found John, gave him a call and he was here within a couple of hours. He started work immediately. Total bill came up to less than the starting range that Krevco quoted me. If you need an honest hardworking person to repair your hot tub then John is your guy! If I could give 10 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our spa had an air lock and we noticed the ozonator was dripping. The air lock corrected itself over time, but this technician made time for the service call, correcting the misinstalled ozonator. He was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with a leaking hot tub, I emailed with the issues and he was very quick to reply and get an appointment scheduled up for him to take a look. Was thorough, answered all my questions and even explained in detail to me what to look for in the future and why he was repairing things the way he was. He will be my first call if there's any more issues

He replaced a leaking, cracked manifold and a faulty jet control valve in our hot tub. Fixing the manifold required flipping the tub. Responsive, friendly, quality work allowed us the use of our hot tub again. Thank you John!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy’s the real deal for your hot tub repairs. He came out in the dead of winter thawed my hot tub and fixed the problem quickly for a really fair price! I highly recommend John. He is very knowledgeable and he was very optimistic about fixing the problem lol
He also responds quickly to your messages. All I’m saying is I had a good experience and he’s the guy to call for your spa needs !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drained our hot tub to refill the water before winter set in. I had an airlock and our ozonator was leaking. My wife called him and he was able to fit us in the same day. This put my mind at ease with temperatures starting to freeze that the repair was being done quickly. The airlock we had resolved itself before he came but he was also able to identify and repair and incorrectly installed ozone filter hose. Our hot tub would leak from that hose if the pump wasn't engaged due to power outage. Worth every penny and we will definitely hire him again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading all the great reviews I decided to try John when my hot tub motor started making continuously loud screeching noises. I called and left a message and he got back to me the same day. I got an appointment booked within a few days of the call and when he realized he was going to be a bit late that day, he called to let me know if it was still okay. Not often service people call to let you know they're going to be late. Came and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. Wonderful guy to deal with. I now know who to turn to for any future problems. VERY happy with John!

He instructed me on how to identify the issue after we refilled and came back the next day earlier than anticipated and was extremely fast, efficient and clean. Way more reasonable pricing than going through any spa dealership mechanics that you would be recommend by at any big name shops and very friendly/ professional . Highly highly recommended for any of your emergency/ regular maintenance needs. We will be using him and only him again in the future no questions asked. Thanks again John !
