I found them to go above and beyond to make any dealings with them as smooth and easy as possible. I decided to buy my car after the lease had expired and they walked me through the process making the whole transaction stress free. I would highly recommend my Toyota dealership and have come to think of them as friends.
r	rocky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in for service, they ended up breaking off a seized bolt on my 2018, a 3 year old car, and offered to fix it for an additional cost.. also not so diligent in their inspection as I knew the wipers need replacing and in the report they listed it as good edit: tire pressure dropped to 28 psi after the visit and had to be filled up edit 2: happy with the way they rectified things. Toni was great to work with. I'd go back to them for service and repairs

Extremely professional service overall provided by sale representative john, the finance manger Herman and the insurance lady. One of the best customer experiences I have had among different dealerships in Vancouver. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Toyota vehicle!

Christine was great too, even though I wasn’t getting financing I still dealt with Christine to finalize the payment. With in a couple days of my purchase I received two emails, one from Michael the GM and one from the Service Department Manager Andrew welcoming me to the JP Auto Group Family. This was a pleasant surprise and very good customer service. As it turns out I had a small issue with the insurance that was brought in to deal with my policy change. I was able to email Michael and they very promptly responded and jumped on getting me in contact with the correct people and I was able to sort out the issue. It was nice to see the help they provided when the issue wasn’t really with anything they did. In a perfect world it would be nice to never have any problems with things and that would be great but honestly it rarely turns out that way. So to me its important to have great service but what really counts is how things are handled when something goes astray and the staff at JP Auto Group stepped up to plate and made sure my concerns were solved. I would definitely recommend JP Downtown Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used.

Jerry (Jeremiah) was my Salesman, he was very easy going, professional and always answered my phone calls immediately. The process was so very different from any other time with the fact that there are no cars to readily purchase, so I was concerned how the trade in process would be handled when my new car arrived. I had absolutely no reason to be concerned. Brian, the Sales Manager handled my trade fairly and with ease. Herman, the Services Advisor, handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and was so easy to deal with. They answered all of my questions. When I started looking for a new car, I chose this dealership because of the location. In the end, it was the employees that made me very happy I chose Jim Pattison Downtown. The whole experience was friendly, straightforward, fair, and, dare I say, fun!
