Forget luxury services and welcome below average ones! Now when you bring your car for the maintenance, they don’t provide you any courtesy car or even shuttle service, thus you need to get back home (and later again to the dealership to pickup your car) on your own, so be prepaid to get an uber, take the bus, walk, etc. And you know the rest, they lay the blame for their lame and bad services on the Covid.

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. They constantly slip in services that we declined at check in. Charges double the cost of oil than Regency Lexus. The service there used to be good but the last two during COVID has been awful. Completely dishonest crooks there. We never even get the survey from Lexus Canada anymore. They’re trying to hide what they do. DO NOT GO THERE! Edit: Responding to the general manager’s reply. Just because our service doesn’t show up in YOUR RECORDS doesn’t mean we don’t get it done. We take it to other dealerships who doesn’t charge double that of your services, including other Lexus dealerships who sells the exact same oil as you. The last time we brought our vehicle to you 2 years ago we asked you to check our brakes because they felt off and felt like they were rubbing. We were told that everything was fine and charged for the “inspection”. Fast forward 2 years later our calipers have completely degraded due to wear. I’m still looking into why my “factory calipers” that I just paid for look nothing like Lexus factory calipers. Will update this post if I find out whether I was slipped a pair of after market ones and then billed for factory parts. Where’s my Lexus Canada satisfaction survey? If there’s nothing to hide I should’ve received that survey the day after my service. It’s been a month now.

Great service. Bought a used car through Cody. Very pleasant and professional to deal with. Agreed a great price, helped me with all the details of a more complex out-of-province purchase. Picked up the car without any problems, was beautifully cleaned and detailed. Great experience!

8 months after sales, I dropped in for the complimentary oil-change and same great service as before, regardless of how much you spend on them. Very professional, very clean, all with covid measures. Patwa dealt with my car's maintenance and he was awesome. I continue to recommend North Shore Lexus. Thank you.
